Loc Services Policy

Please review the following policies before booking your appointment:

  • Maintenance/Retwist Policy: I only offer retwist and maintenance services to clients who have received Loc Extension installation services directly from me. I do not accept new maintenance-only clients at this time.

  • Outside Work Policy: I do not provide maintenance or repair services for Loc Extensions that were installed by another stylist.

  • Refund & Deposit Policy: All payments, including deposits, are non-refundable. Deposits are used to secure your appointment and cover necessary supplies for your service. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

  • 6-Month Loc Extension Warranty: I provide a complimentary 6-month warranty on all Loc Extension installations performed by me. If a fix is needed due to a verified installation error on my part, the repair will be free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from client neglect, improper aftercare, or external factors.

How to Book Your Loc Extension Appointment

 

  1. Free Consultation Required: Please send a short video and photos of your current natural hair to my phone number for your free consultation.

  2. Hair Visibility: Your hair must be loose and fully visible in the video—if you currently have a protective style installed, please wait until it is taken down to contact me.

  3. Length Requirement: Your natural hair must be at least 3 to 4 inches long.

  4. Length Upcharge: Hair exceeding 4 inches will have an upcharge of $150 per extra inch.

  5. What's Included: The service includes the extension hair for 300-400 Locs.
