- No refunds unless you cancel within 24 hours prior to booking appointment
- After 15 mins, $10 late (appointment 10:00 ) arrive at 10:15 late fee but still can get services arrived at 10:16 no service no refund
- To avoid being late leave early for early arrival
-Your appointment is the time you booked no earlier no later than 15 mins with a late fee

I can grip up to 4 inches of hair to style.
Different styles fit different people so before you come to your appointment, if it’s your first time have a style that you like and we can look at more. I want you to enjoy your loc journey.
Parting style and size plays a big part in your loc journey. All styles won’t look the same but I will try my best to give you the look.

I am kid friendly I do not use a comb on their head I am gentle. I do not style tight. I want them to be comfortable and love their locs and loctician of course.
what do i use?
Products that I understand and that I am familiar with , I can read the label and understand what the product contains. No product I use leaves residue, itchiness or flakes.
how long does it take to twist dreads?
It normally rakes me an hour and 15 minutes, may be hour and 30 minutes to complete hair. Long or short hair, it all depends on the client. I want to satisfy my clients.
