1. Do I need to book an appointment?
Our master loctician only takes appointments.
However, we have a team of talented locticians that takes walk ins onday-Saturday 930a-5p.
Call us at 478.551.4296 for Same Day walk in appts after 5pm.
2. How do I book?
You can book online or visit us in person.
Walk In services: Walk in Services are for quick services (i.e., traditional retwist, shampoo, deep conditioner, etc.)
You must book an appointment for services that require more than 1-1.5 hrs. in duration.
3. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
We kindly ask for at least 72 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
4. What if I'm running late? After 15 mins $10 late fee.
Please arrive on time. You are given a 10 mins grace period.
Note: Anything over 15 mins late will result in your appointment being canceled and no refund will be issued.
5. Appointment duration:
Service times vary depending on the service.
Our goal is to get you in and out delivering quality service.
6. Can I bring a reference photo?
Absolutely! Photos help us better understand your desired look.
7. Will color damage my hair? We also provide the color.
We use professional products and techniques to minimize damage, and we recommend treatments to keep your hair healthy.
8. Are your tools sanitized?
Yes, we follow strict hygiene and sanitation protocols for all tools and equipment.
9. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, zelle, chime, mobile payments, etc.
We also accept checks however there is a $35 returned check fee and if there’s any issues with your check (insufficient funds/fraud) then you will no longer be able to serviced at our salon.
Note: Tips are not included but are always appreciated.
10. Is a consultation REQUIRED?
All new clients require a consultation before services are rendered.
We also offer virtual consultations for our clients outside of a certain radius. When booking your consultation just include a note of your city/state you reside in and we will make you consultation virtual.
Consultations are also available to discuss your needs before any major service.
11. Can I bring children or guest?
Children and guests are welcome, but space may be limited depending on the service.
12. What if I'm not satisfied with my services?
Please let us know before leaving and we’ll do our best to make it right.
There are no refunds or corrections once you leave.

dreadloc styles
I can grip up to 4 inches of hair for styling.
Different styles fit different people, so if it’s your first time, please come with a style you like and we can look at more options together. I want you to enjoy your loc journey.
Parting style and size play a big role in your loc journey. All styles won’t look the same, but I will always try my best to give you the look you want.
kid rastas
I am kid-friendly. I don’t use a comb on their scalp, and I’m very gentle. I don’t style tightly. I want them to feel comfortable and to love their locs and their loctician of course.
what do i use?
Products that I understand and that I am familiar with , I can read the label and understand what the product contains. No product I use leaves residue, itchiness or flakes.
how long does it take to twist dreads?
It normally takes me about an hour and 15 minutes, sometimes up to an hour and 30 minutes, to complete the hair. Long or short, it all depends on the client. My goal is always to satisfy my clients.
